This website promotes alcoholic beverages and is intended exclusively for persons of legal drinking age in South Africa (18 years or older, per the Liquor Act 59 of 2003). By entering the site or placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may decline or cancel any order where we cannot reasonably confirm the recipient's age, including at delivery.

Enjoy responsibly

Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. We support responsible enjoyment of our products: do not drink and drive, and do not consume alcohol during pregnancy. Our products are sold for personal enjoyment, not for resale unless separately agreed in writing.

Orders, pricing, and delivery

• Orders and pre-orders are placed via WhatsApp at +27 81 013 3798 and are subject to confirmation and availability. Batches are produced in limited allocations.
• Prices, delivery fees, and delivery areas are confirmed at the time of order. Promotional offers (such as free delivery in qualifying areas) apply only as described at the time they are made.
• An order is concluded only when we confirm it. Until then, any communication is an invitation to do business, not an offer capable of acceptance.
• Delivery requires an adult (18+) to receive the order. Where age cannot be verified at delivery, the order may be returned at our discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where that Act applies to your purchase.

PURE VODKA, the PURE VODKA bottle designs, and all content on this website — including text, photography, film, graphics, and layout — are the property of Nyathi Corporation (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may browse and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, modify, or use its content commercially without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Do not use content from this site to promote alcohol to persons under 18.
